 I have a vast knowledge of what is needed, so I am able to pre-counsel a client so that, when ready, they're able to obtain financing up to the clients financial capabilities. Working in these fields required me to learn how the product works and how to service them at local and big banking institutions.  With years of operating in such fashion, I am able to counsel and assist clients, as well as, customers on the how to's and do not's.
